At the end of the season it’s time to prune artichokes down. But don’t pull them! Christy shares the step by step process for what to do with your artichoke plants after they finish producing this year.

Artichokes are perennial, meaning they will go dormant and start growing again next year. A lot of people don’t know that, and pull their plants instead. Watch this video and use this technique to prepare your plants for winter. They will reward you in spring.
